  • Disclaimer. The products sold on bitterbandit.com are sold "AS IS" and without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Bitterbandit.shop/BWest, LLC shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that may result from the use or the inability to use, this site or any downloaded materials.

  • Governing Law. This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding relating to your access to, or use of, this site must be brought in a court located within the County of Clark, State of Nevada.

  • Final Sale. Please note that all sales are final. No goods bought from Bitterbandit.shop/BWest, LLC are refundable, returnable, or exchangeable without qualifying evidence denoting damage or loss during transit. Refunds are provided only after insurance claims are processed in participation of the buyer. Additionally, orders cannot be cancelled after fulfillment has completed.

  • 15 and Up. All collectible vinyl figures, plush, and related merchandise are intended for ages 15 and up.

  • Processing. All orders are processed within 5-7 business days.

  • Shipping. All orders are shipped to addresses on file. Shipping times vary but may take up to 2 weeks after initial order processing time. All goods shipped within North American unless stated otherwise. Bitterbandit.shop/BWest, LLC is not responsible for international customs charges made by local governments. Please contact your local government agency for more information.

  • Help Desk. Help desk and support email inquiries will be processed and answered within 5-7 business days.

  • Unauthorized Software. Bitterbandit.shop/BWest, LLC does not recognize or allow the use of digital modifiers, apps, plug-ins, APIs, or other bypass software with the intent to purchase large quantities or change sale price of listed products. Any such software is not authorized by Bitterbandit.shop/BWest, LLC and is strictly prohibited.
